May 27, 2010 Nintendo 64 emulator for the PSP: PSP Homebrew Emulator



This PSP Homebrew emulator is a must-have for any hacked PSP: DaedalusX64 team Nintendo 64. Now at revision 502, packing mostly fixes and whatnot, DaedalusX64 is a Nintendo 64 emulator for Windows and PSP. Daedalus will let your PSP supports most Nintendo 64 rom formats (.v64, .z64, .rom etc). The emulator also provided screenshots capture while you were playing the games. All new update — just for you.


Requirement: 

  • PSP Custom Firmware enable ( CFW 4.00 or higher)
  • DaedalusX64 revision 502 ( Download Here)
  • Nintendo 64 rom (.v64, .z64, .rom etc)

Tutorial:

Step 1

1) Extract 128069_d502 zip file.










2) Copy d502 folder and paste it right into the root of memory stick>> PSP>> GAME>> ....

If you still do not know on where to paste d502 folder, please refer to the Guide on how to install application provided.(Installing Guide)



3) Copy N64 folder and paste it right into the root of memory stick.




4) Copy your N64 roms and paste it into N64 folder

*Normally, the download roms are in zip file. So, please extract them first before you copy the exact roms ( file with.v64, .z64, .rom format etc) and paste it into N64 folder.












Step 2

On your PSP XMB>> Games>> Memory Stick>>  DaedalusX64


Extra:

1) This is the main menu of DaedalusX64


* To exit to XMB, please press [HOME] button while in the main menu
