May 24, 2010 Tweaks and Reassign your PSP button (MacroFire 3.2.4: New Update):PSP Plugins




MacroFire 3.2.4 has been released with few of improvements by Japanese Homebrew Developer, pen. This cool plugin works as a software that allow you to reassign PSP button, performed automatically function to certain actions, certain actions will be recorded, you can repeat it and much more. In this post, I have provided a guide on how to install MacroFire 3.2.4 on your PSP. Please enjoy yourself.

MacroFire 3.2.4 Change logs:

2010/05/21 - 3.2.4 : Adjustment sensitivity in the analog stick 100% to 1%  changed, but Up and Down to move from the center, had been  fix to go to the left and right.
2010/05/18 - 3.2.3 : Macro Buttons - the problem START / SELECT had been fix- ignored during playback
2010/05/05 - 3.2.2 : Macrofire.ini can read the values correctly: Fixed

Requirement:
  • PSP Custom Firmware enable (except for 3.71 m33 and older CFW)
  • MacroFire 3.2.4 ( Download Here)

Tutorial

Step 1

1) Extract 128060_macrofire 324 zip file.










2) Open seplugins folder





3) Copy all the files and paste them right into root of memory stick>> seplugins>>...

or.....

You can replace the old files inside your seplugins folder, but if you want to keep text command inside game, game150, pops and vsh, you can....



* Please follow this step if you already have game, vsh, game150 and pops file inside your seplugins folder:
  • Open file game, vsh, and pops .
  • Copy the text commands in the game, vsh, game150 and pops file and paste these commands in the root of memory stick>> seplugins>> game, the root of memory stick>> seplugins>> vsh, and the root of memory stick>> ; seplugins>> Pops. (Make sure that you have paste the command on the correct file)

Step 2

The next step, you need to enable the plugins in recovery menu. Please enable all the plugins named with MacroFire. If you have problems to enable the plugin, please refer the guide provided ( Guide enable PSP plugins).

The basic key operation in the menu is as follows.
  • → ← ↓ ↑: move items
  • (○ / ×) / button □: Change Option
  • (○ / ×) button: to identify items
  • (× / ○) button: Back
  • START button: quickly exit the menu
MacroFire Engine
  • Toggle this function to make plugin operate.
  • Pound functions and macro functions, such as buttons will affect all of the features.
  • The game starts just after it has been OFF, ○ / □ ON using the switch button.
  • You can set the initial configuration file.


Buttons to launch the menu
  • Set the menu button. MacroFire menu can be display by pressing a button combination in the game. 
  • You can set it in the initial configuration file. 

Buttons to toggle the status of engine/Status notification
  • Switch on this function to help you determine whether your MacroFire Engine is on or off. 


Analog stick sensitivity adjustment
  • To adjust your PSP Analog stick sensitivity. 
  • For more information, please refer manual_analogsens.txt. 

Remap settings
  • Set the button reassignment. 

Rapidfire settings
  • Sets the fire button. 

Macro settings
  • Feature set and run the macro.
