Dec 27, 2010 CWCheat 0.23 [6.20 TN-A HEN version] includes database 23 Nov 2011 Update

Wow,this is exciting..Day by day, homebrew tools are getting more and more available for TN HEN users to download. It seems that the homebrew developers really  look forward to making new compatible tools for 6.20 TN-A HEN. Now, it's Takka's turn. He just released a new CWCheat that is compatible with 6.20 TN-A HEN. This is really good news for PSP Scene.

So, for those who are unfamiliar with this plug-in, CWCheat  is a tool for modifying the play of PSP games, by unlocking various game modes and objects, usually for the purpose of cheating. If you need this plug-in, just download it.

Requirement:

• PSP Custom Firmware enable.
• CWCheat 0.23 [6.20 TN-A HEN version]+ database 23 Nov 2011 Update [Download HERE]

Installation guide:

1) Extract CWCheat 0.2.3 6.20 TN-A HEN.rar.












2)Just copy seplugins folders and paste them right into your root of memory stick>>.......

Merge all the folder and replace all files. 

Note:

• If you currently have other plug-ins working on game.txt and game150.txt, just do nothing on game.txt or game150.txt file. Don't replace, don't copy when the PC ask you what to do with this file (game.txt/game150.txt). Leave these files in the destination folder.
• After the process finished, copy this purple line ' ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat.prx 1 ' to your current game.txt and game150.txt inside seplugins folder.

The next step is enable the plug-in. It should works now.

How to run CWCheat 0.23?

While you're in game, simply press and hold [SELECT] button for more than 3 second.

The CWCheat menu should be able to pop out on your PSP screen. 

 Additional information:

• In case you want to install a new cheat.db file, just put .db file into MS0:/seplugins/cwcheat
• or you can paste the new code into existing cheat.db file.

Apr 15, 2010 CWCheat v2.3 ( PSP Games Cheat Code): PSP Plugins

In this post, Fixmypsp will share with you a guide on how to install game cheat code on your PSP via an application which called CWCheat. For users who love to use cheat code, this is an excellent opportunity for you to try and test this application.

Requirement:

• PSP with Custom Firmware
• CWCheat Game Cheat Code Database. ( Download Here)
• CWCHEAT 2.3 Application ( Download Here).

Tutorial:

Step 1

1)CWCHEAT 2.3 zip file. Extract the zip file.

4)Copy the all files into the root of memory stick>> >>seplugins....

Next, open the folder cwcheat

* Please follow this step if you already have game, game150 and pops file inside your seplugins folder:

• Open file game, game150 dan pops .
• Copy the textcommands in the game, game150 and Pops file and paste these commands in the root of memory stick>> seplugins>> game, | the root of memory stick>> seplugins>> game150 and the root of memory stick>> ; seplugins>> Pops. (Make sure that you have paste the command on the correct file)

5) Figure 5 shows the content inside the cwcheat folder as shown in the figure 4. Copy CWCheat Game Cheat Code database that was downloaded and paste the database (db file) here then replace the old database file.

Step 2:

After finish all steps in Step 1, you may continue to the second step. For the second step, you need to enable all the cwcheat plugins that have installed (Step 1). You can enable the plugins in recovery menu>> plugins >>.....

If you have problems to enable the plugin, please refer the guide provided ( Guide enable PSP plugins).

Step 3.

In the last step, you will be shown a guide on how to activate the cheat code on your favourite PSP games.

Guide:

• When you are running your game, hold select button for several seconds (more than 4 seconds).
• Then you will shown with cwcheat menu.
• Turn the label into [Y] on 'Enable Cheat and select the cheat code on select cheats.
