Now, almost a year PSP 3000  model has been launched and hackers still have not found a way to completely modify the firmware of the PSP 3000. However, the presence of loader as ChickHEN R2 is very help us. Nonetheless, this loader needs improvement and still has many weaknesses. Various alternatives have been make out to improve and fix the weaknesses such as the existence of Sedna  plugins about a month ago. Now, there has another alternative that may help you beside using sedna. The alternative is the Power Switch Blocker v.1.1 plugins.

Power Switch Blocker:

• Disable/Enable PSP power switch when needed.
• Really useful to keep CFW ( ChickHEN) active and protect the game progress from shutdown mode. (Intentionally or not).

Requirement:

• PSP with Custom Firmware.
• Power Switch Blocker v 1.1( Download Here)

Tutorial:

Step 1

PowerSwitchBlocker v1.1 zip file. Extract the file.

Open seplugins folder.

Copy this three files and paste it into the root of memory stick>> seplugins >>......

*Please follow this step if you already have vsh and game file:

• Open PowerSwitchBlocker vsh and game file.
• Copy the instructions contained in the vsh text file and game text file and paste these commands into root of memory stick>> seplugins>> vsh and game file.

Step 2:

Please enable PowerSwitchBlocker.prx  plugins in recovery menu >> plugins. If you have problems to enable the plugin, please refer the guide provided ( Guide enable PSP plugins).

How to enable / disable Power Switch Blocker:

• Press START + NOTE BUTTON

Notes:

• When you disable Power Switch Blocker,your PSP automatically enter to shutdown mode.
• When Power Switch Blocker plugin active,  (restart/shutdown/sleep/standby/usb connect) modes will stop functioning on the PSP.
• While playing PSP games, you need to activate Power Switch blocker once again.
