If you have a PSP, and you want read any PDF text or plain text (txt Notepad) through your PSP, there has an application that can do the job and it's known as Bookr. Bookr v8.1 will help you to read six different text format, which are PDF, HTML, plain text, CHM, DjVu and PalmDOC Documents. With this capability, you can read the text anywhere without requiring a computer or laptop.

Tutorial
Step 1
2) Copy Bookr folder and paste the folder into root of memory stick>> PSP>> GAME>>...
If you still do not know on where to paste this folder, please refer to the Installing Guide provided.(Installing Guide)
Additional steps
If you download the tester, please copy and paste the file into the root of your memory stick.
Step 2:
Switch on your Sony PSP , run the application on XMB>> Game>> Memory Stick>>Bookr.
On the Menu, select OPEN and browse the tester folder that place inside of root of your memory stick.
Basic Button Control:
[START]= Menu
[SELECT]= Tools
[TRIANGLE]= Next Page
[SQUARE]= Previous Page
[CROSS]= Next Page x10
[CIRCLE]= Previous Page x10
